Some mornings I like to make this quick, easy breakfast that sustains my energy throughout the morning and is very Vegan friendly! This is a half a piece of sunflower seed bread with toasted raw, sliced almonds, a tablespoon of chia pudding consisting only of black chia seeds and almond milk, a tablespoon of raw, shelled hemp seeds, pear, banana, strawberries and a teaspoon of cinnamon….protein, healthy carbs and natural sugars….
