YOU ARE IN CONTROL OF YOUR BODY AND WHAT YOU PUT INTO IT. YOU HAVE THE ABILITY TO MAKE IT FEEL GOOD ALL THE TIME BY SIMPLY LOVING YOURSELF AND PROVIDING YOURSELF WITH MOVEMENT AND NUTRITION THAT ALLOWS GOODNESS INTO YOUR BEING.--GINGER DANIELS
Ginger is the author of Move Well Eat Well Be Well, and Ginger's 15 Minute Mindfully Aligned Morning Workout. She is a certified Pilates instructor for the last thirteen years, a professional dancer/singer/actress, an NASM CPT (National Academy of Sports Medicine, Certified Personal Trainer), specializing in movement as therapy (corrective exercise specialist), movement for seniors, HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training, pre and post natal women's fitness, and has worked as a Nutrition Counselor and Wellness Coach. She began her Pilates career working closely with physical therapists in a rehabilitative institute. Ginger has also worked as a massage therapist and integrates balls and rollers as self massage/manual manipulation with an extensive knowledge of the importance of proper postural alignment. Her clients include pre/post operative patients, pre/post natal women, seniors, children, retired pro basketball players, marathon runners, people with scoliosis, people with Multiple Sclerosis, people with Muscular Dystrophy, stroke survivors, singers learning to move on stage, dancers, professional rock singers who need help opening their throats, and individuals that simply need to maintain their bodies. She teaches a variety of workouts as a movement therapist/personal training specialist with her own blend of movement as therapy, Pilates, dance movement, ballet barre, power workouts with core emphasis, yoga, TRX, and HiiT (High Intensity Interval Training). Ginger has a keen eye for developing a tailor made workout for each individual she encounters so that each client is left feeling in tune with their own body. Her father's passing in 2006 of ALS influenced her to pursue a career encouraging all walks of life to "always move. Movement is the key to living a pain-free, youthful, energetic existence." Ginger has also created healthy meal plans for her clients, teaching them the importance of making healthy food and lifestyle choices as opposed to fluctuating on a "diet."
